Tj Sullivan Obituary, Death – Tj Sullivan has died. . He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Genevieve Giblin Sullivan, Binghamton; his children, Mary Casey, Binghamton, Michael and Ann Sullivan, Spartanburg, SC, Thomas Sullivan, Brian and Patty Sullivan, all of Binghamton; his grandchildren, Christopher, Luke, Sean, Joseph, Emily, Christine, Jason; four great-grandchildren; his sisters, Elizabeth Dempsey, Lela and Charles Kresge; several nieces and nephews and the Walter and Kathryn Giblin family.

He is currently serving as a Eucharistic Minister at the Church of Saints John and Andrew in Binghamton. He was one of the founding members of St. Andrew’s Church in Binghamton. He was one of the first people to join St. Andrew’s Church when it was started. Tom Sullivan, the former proprietor of Tom Sullivan Carpet Service, is currently working as a fire dispatcher for the City of Binghamton in his retirement after having held that post for many years.

At one point in time, he was considered to be a member of the Knights of Columbus Peter T. Campon Council 206 as well as the Fourth Degree Assembly. At one point in time, the Ancient Order of Hibernians and the B.P.O.E. Elks Lodge #70 both recognized him as a life member of their organizations. Before he was born, his parents, Thomas E. Sullivan and Lela Sullivan, as well as his brother, Dr. Richard Sullivan, had already passed away. His grandparents also predeceased him. A Funeral Mass will be performed on Tuesday at ten in the morning at the Church of Saints John and Andrew in Binghamton, which can be found at Vestal Avenue.
