Thomas Quick Obituary, Death – On January 10, 1945, Harold Henry Quick was brought into this world in Lincoln County, Tennessee. Thomas Henry Quick and Helen Elizabeth McCollum Quick, both of whom passed away before he was born, were his parents. At this point, both of his parents had passed away from their illnesses. He had a long and successful career working in the IT Support Systems department at Boeing until just recently.
When he made the decision to resign from his position there. Harold was very grateful for the humanitarian work that the Elks Lodge did in the community, such as putting together food baskets and delivering them to individuals who were in need of them. Harold was a member of the Elks Lodge, and he was very appreciative of the work that the Elks Lodge did. He felt confident that he would be able to spend all of eternity in heaven because of the profound love he had both for the Lord and for the people who made up his church family at Fayetteville Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
He said that this was the reason he was so sure that he would be able to do so. Harold was a wonderful husband, a doting parent, and a cherished and lovable grandfather to all of his numerous grandchildren. He was also an amazing parent. In addition to that, everybody liked him. He was a good friend. On the day that he died away, May 23, 2023, his funeral was held at St. Thomas West in Nashville, Tennessee. The location of his passing was significant.
His family members who will always remember him include his daughter, Tiffany Carol (Shea) Quick Curry; his son, Harold “Tab” (Lori) Quick; his grandchildren, Shelby Nicole (Dustin) Shelton, Dr. Cailey Arin (fiancé River Holley) Curry, Seth Hunter Quick, and Kenzie Hannah Curry; and his great-grandchildren, Abby Grace Shelton, Ella Kate Shelton, Sadie Wrae Shelton, and Sailor Paige She
