Roger Hermann Obituary, Death – On May 21st, 2023, after having lived a full life and reaching the age of 77, Roger J. Hermann passed away. He had reached the age of 77. By the time he left, he had already attained the ripe old age of 77 in his long and fruitful life. He was born in Akron on June 24, 1945, and he has spent the rest of his life residing in that city. His birthday is June 24, and he was born there. He has never called any other location home. His birthday is on the 24th of June this year.

After a lengthy career as a Welder/Fitter at Babcock and Wilcox, during which time Roger was worked there for a number of years, he eventually retired and began working as a Porter at Park Ford. During this time, Roger was employed there for a number of years. He continued to work there right up until the day he officially retired from the company. He spent his entire life as a dedicated member of the Tallmadge Church of the Nazarene and maintained a consistent attendance record at the congregation’s Sunday morning worship sessions. Because Roger was interested in such a broad range of subjects, he eventually became skilled in an extremely wide range of different trades.

He was very adept in a variety of skills, including woodworking, tinkering, and tinkering, amongst others. One of his specialties was tinkering. Before he was even born, his maternal grandparents Walter and Lydia Hermann, as well as two of his brothers, had already passed away. He was the third child and the youngest of the four. Roger is survived by his wife, Charlene; his son, Jason (Tasha) Hermann; his daughters, Virginia (Erick) Bognar, Cheryl (Richard) Liller, and Deborah (Michael) Shears; his sisters, Charlene (Jim) King and Maribeth (Bernie) Statt; a significant number of grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends; and his sister-in-law, Charlene (Jim) King.
