Pauline Dell Obituary, Pauline Dell Has Passed Away – Death Cause
Pauline Dell Obituary, Death – We are left with broken hearts to share the news that Pauline died away on May 19, 2023, at the age of 74, while she was receiving palliative care at the An Cala Palliative Care Unit of the Cape Breton Regional Hospital. She was surrounded by her family. She was just given a terminal diagnosis of lung cancer and fought with fortitude and bravery during her brief battle with the disease. Pauline had a passion for singing, and with the help of the music therapy team at Hospice Cape Breton, she recorded the song “My Dream” for her children just five days before she passed away.
Pauline has only recently retired after working for 25 years in various jewelry stores in Sydney, including Alteen’s, Joy, Bogarts, London Jewellers, and most recently Inglis Jewellers. Prior to her retirement, Pauline worked at Inglis Jewellers. There is a considerable chance that Pauline assisted you in purchasing the ideal piece of jewelry, or that she did it for someone else that you know. She often said that becoming a mother and grandmother was the most important thing she had ever done in her life.
Her children will always remember her for her courage. Pauline spent her childhood in Whitney Pier and received her high school education at Holy Angels. Pauline will be remembered for the positive impact she had throughout her diverse and inspiring career, which included owning and operating a poultry farm in Marion Bridge for 18 years, followed by 25 years of Officer service with 693 and 29 Air Cadet squadrons in Sydney, and supervising the safety and welfare of cadets for 20 summers at CFB Greenwood.
