Meredith Meshell Obituary, Death – On the 12th of May in 2023, she passed away in her home in the Belmont neighborhood of Louisiana. Her husband Johnny Meshell, her father Jack Lightfoot, her maternal grandparents Mageline and Gordon Rains, and her paternal grandmother Bernice Lightfoot all passed away before her. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
Adam Lightfoot, Keith Lightfoot, Brandon Soileau, Logan Lightfoot, Jacob Lightfoot, and Dustin Singletary served as the pallbearers at this service. Jax Singletary, Hayes Singletary, Alayah Caskey, and Alvin Soileau have been selected to serve as honorary pallbearers.
Carson Baptist Church will be the location of the funeral services for Meredith Denise Meshell, who passed away at the age of 50 in Belmont, Louisiana. The ceremonies will begin at 11:00 AM on Thursday, May 18, 2023 and will be officiated by Rev. Jeff Feibel and Rev. Scott Bates. After the funeral, the burial will take place in the Spring Ridge Cemetery. The Carson Baptist Church will be the location of visitation beginning at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, May 17, 2023. Meredith Denise Meshell was born on the 11th of June 1972 on a Sunday, in the city of Many, Louisiana.
She is survived by her mother, Mary Lightfoot, of Belmont, Louisiana; her daughters Valerie Barnhart and fiancé, Maddison Leigh of Natchitoches, Louisiana, Amber Soileau and husband Brandon of Natchitoches, Louisiana; and Paige Barnhart and significant other, Shy Adams of Leesville, Louisiana; her grandson, Alvin Jackson Soileau of Natchitoches, Louisiana; along with a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
