Mee Lun Hom Obituary, Death – Mee Lun Hom, a cherished wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, and sister, passed away on May 18th, 2023 at the age of 96 at the Village of the Falls Skilled Nursing Facility in Olmsted Falls, Ohio. She was a resident of the United States. Mee Lun was born on September 29th, 1926 in what was formerly known as the Boston City Hospital in the city of Boston, Massachusetts.Your presence in our lives has been a tremendous blessing.
Her family was the source of her pride and delight throughout her entire life. In addition to that, she enjoyed gardening and cooking. In the year 1998, Mee Lon became a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. We are grateful to the outstanding staff members at Sunbrook Hospice who provided such excellent care for our loved one. Mee Lon was predeceased by both her husband and her two sons before her own passing.
Survived by son John (and his wife Sharon), daughter-in-law Pat (and her late husband Ben), grandkids Grace (and her husband Brian) Stevens, Howard Hom, Edwin Hom, Karen Hom, and Preston Hom, as well as a great-grandson named Alex Stevens. On Friday, July 27, 2007, at twelve o’clock in the afternoon, graveside services will be place at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park. Wasatch Lawn Mortuary is located at 3401 Highland Drive in Salt Lake City, and will be open to friends and family for visitation beginning one hour before the graveside service. Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park served as the location for the interment.
