Mark Crisman DVM Obituary, Death – Since the year 2010, Mark V. Crisman, DVM, MS, Dipl. ACVIM has been a part of the Equine Veterinary Technical Services team at Zoetis. He holds all three degrees in veterinary medicine. He is a veterinarian who also has a background in animal science and equine veterinary information management in addition to his veterinary degree. As a result of the fact that he earned degrees in animal science, veterinary medicine, and equine veterinary medicine, he possesses an exceptional level of expertise in each of these fields.
In this role, one of his obligations was to train students on the medical and surgical treatment that should be provided to horses, and he was responsible for doing so. One of his responsibilities in this position was to instruct students on the appropriate medical and surgical procedures that should be carried out on horses, and it was his responsibility to carry out this duty. The immunology, pharmacology, and inflammation linked with horse metabolic syndrome are some of his key areas of scientific interest. On these subjects, he has a significant body of published work.
In particular, he is an authority in the field of veterinary medicine pertaining to horses. Prior to this, Crisman held the position of professor at the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine, where he was also the section chief for horse medicine and surgery. In this role, he was responsible for teaching students about the medical and surgical treatment of horses. As part of his responsibilities in this position, he instructed pupils on how to properly handle and care for horses.
