Lyle MacMillan Obituary, Death – We would like to offer our sincerest condolences to you on the loss of Lyle MacMillan, who had previously held the position of President of our organization. This morning he passed away at an early hour. The knowing that he is no longer suffering and has moved on to a better place in the afterlife brings us some consolation and helps us deal with our loss. Following the announcement of his resignation, each and every one of us feels a profound feeling of loss. The fact that we have to provide you with this information is not something that we do so willingly, but unfortunately, it is essential.
We are sorry for the trouble this may cause. During this extremely trying time, we are keeping Lyle’s family, along with all of Lyle’s other friends and loved ones, in our thoughts and prayers. This is something that we are doing for all of you. This is a point in time that neither one of us will ever forget, and I hope that it stays with us forever. In addition to this, we will go into the future keeping Lyle himself in our thoughts and prayers. This is something that we will continue to do as we move forward. A wonderful and excellent Rotarian who had a strong connection to the people who decided to make their home in the Cloverdale community and held a great degree of appreciation for those people.

This Rotarian possessed a strong connection to the community and had a great degree of regard for the individuals who comprised the community in which he lived. This respect extended to the area as a whole. You may rest confident that at no time in the not too distant future are you going to be overlooked or forgotten in any way, shape, or form. This is something that you can look forward to. I pray that God would provide you the peace that your heart so urgently requires and that he will bestow upon you the peace that your heart so desperately needs.
