Lucy Pedder Obituary, Death – As a result of hearing about Lucy Pedder’s passing, each and every one of us is experiencing a level of melancholy that cannot be adequately described. Lucy assisted the families that lived in and around Derbyshire in a variety of roles, including serving as a doula, an antenatal educator, and a breastfeeding aide, to name just a few of those jobs. She also helped families who were expecting a child and were breastfeeding.
In memory of Lucy, her family has decided to host a charitable auction to raise money for a deserving organisation as a way to give back to the community. The Samaritans offer a free hotline that may be accessed at any time by dialling the number (116) 123. This service is available around the clock. The Samaritans are available to provide assistance to you or anybody you know who is experiencing difficulties related to their mental health.
Prior to the establishment of DMNV in 2021, Lucy held the position of Co-Chair in the Derbyshire Maternity Voices Partnership. She was motivated by a great desire to advance the quality of maternity care in the region. During this time period, Lucy placed a significant emphasis on promoting better mother health. This connection may be traced all the way back to the days when DMNV was not even a company. Please accept our sincere sympathies, and be assured that each and every member of her family as well as her close circle of friends are in our thoughts and prayers.
