Lorraine O’Connor Obituary, Death – We are sorry to inform you that Lorraine passed away on May 15th, 2023. Please know that her loved ones are in our thoughts and prayers at this time. We ask that you acknowledge our deepest condolences. Over the course of the better part of twenty years, Lorraine was an enthusiastic participant in the Adelaide Special Children’s Christmas Party. During that time, she volunteered her time to help put smiles on the faces of thousands of children while also making friends with the families, parents and caregivers, volunteers, and children who attended the event.
In addition, she wanted to be able to spend more time traveling with her husband, who is her greatest source of joy. She is excited at the prospect of having more time to spend with her family. We shall be thankful until the end of time for Lorraine’s participation in the event as well as the lifetime friendships she formed with people who worked on the project throughout the years. Both of these things will be remembered with gratitude until the end of time.
She did this while also bringing smiles to the faces of thousands of children. Both of these objectives were successfully completed simultaneously thanks to her efforts.
Lorraine took the decision to retire at the end of 2016 so that she could spend more time with her family, savoring priceless moments and creating treasured memories with her many grandchildren, who provide her with the primary source of satisfaction in life.
Both of these things will be thought upon with appreciation till the very end of time. In this difficult time, our most heartfelt condolences go out to Lorraine’s family and loved ones; please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers and that we are here for you if you need anything at all.
Take it easy for the time being. Lorraine
