Larry Preischel Obituary Buffalo NY, Larry Preischel Has Died
Larry Preischel Obituary, Death Cause – Larry Preischel has died. We express our heartfelt sympathies. Estherville, Iowa was the place where Larry Allan Preston was brought into the world on August 13th, 1953. That was the year he was born. It was planned for him to join the Preston family as Virgil and Marjorie’s offspring. He did not leave Armstrong till he was an adult because that is where he was raised. Larry received his diploma from Armstrong High School in 1970, his year of graduation.
The only members of his family who are able to carry on his legacy are his parents, Virgil and Marjorie Preston, of Armstrong, Iowa, his brothers, Paul Preston and his wife, Jane, of Swea City, Iowa, and Mark Preston and his wife, Kathy, of Armstrong, as well as his sister, Peggy Wegner and her husband, Kevin, of Estherville, Iowa, as well as nine nieces and nephews. His legacy will be carried on by these individuals.
After completing his education and earning his diploma, Larry moved to Sioux Falls. In the years leading up to the founding of his own business in 1973, he held positions of employment at both Butler Flower and Young and Richards Florist. In November of 1973, he laid the groundwork for what would become known as The Flower Shop, a company that he would later own and be in charge of managing. In the late 1970s, when Larry was just starting his 30s, FTD honored him by bestowing upon him the esteemed title of Master Florist. At the time, he was the organization’s youngest-ever honoree to receive this recognition. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Armstrong, Iowa, so each Sunday he made it there for worship services. Larry looked forward to being able to help out on the family farm while also being able to spend time with his loved ones.
