Joy Elaine Obituary, Death – At the age of 65, Joy Elaine Wallace Webb passed away on May 17, 2023 in Cookeville, Tennessee, when she was a patient at the Cookeville Regional Medical Centre. She called the city of Sparta in Tennessee her home. Her birthday is December 22nd, and she was born in the year 1957 in the city of Sparta, Tennessee. Both of her parents, Gerald Wallace and Virginia Stacy Wallace, had passed away prior to the birth of their daughter.
Joy has recently retired from her position as Deputy Court Clerk for White County, where she had served for many years. Her parents, Smith and Montie Wallace, her grandfather, Estell Porter Stacy, her step-grandfather, L. S. Rowland, and her brother, David Wallace, all passed away before her. She was also predeceased by her grandmother, Bess Rowland, and her step-grandfather, L. S. Rowland. Her grandparents passed away before her, following in the footsteps of her parents who came before them.
The following members of the family have made it through their ordeals alive: The spouse’s name is Robert Michael Webb, and he was born and raised in Sparta, Tennessee. Pat Bennett (Jerry), Donna Jones (Eric), and Jan Locke (Kenny) are the sisters in this family, and they all reside in Sparta, Tennessee. She was really close emotionally to all of her nieces and nephews, and she had a number of them. In addition, there are a number of great-nieces and great-nephews who have achieved success, in addition to one great-great-niece and one great-great-nephew.
