Jonathan Logan Obituary, Death – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have disclosed the name of the deceased individual who was found in Renfrew. On Friday evening, around 10:30 p.m., officers from the Ontario Provincial Police were called to a residence in Renfrew that was located on Vimy Boulevard. At the scene, authorities found the body of a victim who had been shot. It was determined that he had passed away at the hospital where he was being treated.
On Saturday, a number of police vehicles were parked in a line along Vimy Boulevard. This was done while officers went door-to-door throughout the boulevard in an effort to locate witnesses and collect evidence at the scene of an incident. Early on Saturday morning, the police had issued a public safety warning due to the fact that the shooter was still at large. This was due to the fact that the shooter had not yet been located. However, the alert was lifted in the afternoon when the weather improved.
The victim has been determined to be a man named Jonathan Logan, who was 41 years old and a resident of Renfrew County. As of right now, the person or people responsible for the shooting have not been identified. The police have confirmed that they believe Logan was the intended target of the attack; however, they have not given any information regarding the culprit.
