Jennifer Mcdermott Obituary, Death – A woman from Glen Burnie was riding a motorcycle on Sunday near Galesville when it was involved in a collision with another vehicle, as reported by the Anne Arundel Police Department. The Anne Arundel County Police Department received a report about the event. The terrible accident ultimately led to the woman’s death, which can only be described as awful.
Jennifer Lynn McDermott, 34, is accused of being the operator of a 2022 Yahama motorcycle and attempting to pass another car that was traveling south on Muddy Creek route when the incident occurred at around 9:30 p.m. on that route. This is what the police say they were told when they investigated the complaint that was filed. The first vehicle was moving in one direction, and the second vehicle was moving in the opposite direction.
McDermott was ejected from the vehicle she was riding when it collided with a 2004 Toyota Tacoma. The collision occurred as a result of McDermott riding her motorcycle across the center line and into the northbound lane of traffic. She was thrown from the vehicle in which she was riding as a direct result of the incident. The statements given by the police indicate that the driver of the truck, who was identified as a male resident of Edgewater aged 46, did not receive any injuries as a result of the event.
The driver was recognized as an Edgewater resident. It was confirmed by firefighters from the Anne Arundel Fire Department who arrived at the scene that McDermott was found to be dead at the location of the incident after they had arrived there. An inquiry into the collision that occurred only a few moments ago is being carried out by the department’s Traffic Safety Section at the time.
