Jay Garcia Obituary, Death – I have been left in a state of tremendous suffering as a result of the devastating news that one of my best friends in Carcar City, a former member of the City Council named Jay Garcia, has passed away. This news has caused me to be in a situation of extreme anguish. I am currently in a state of shock as a direct result of hearing this information, and as a result, I am unable to operate normally.

I was afforded the privilege of knowing him. I’m going to miss having him around. Hangtud karun, wala gihapon ko katoo nga wala na si Kons. Jay Garcia. My deepest condolences go out to Councillor Garcia’s family and friends, who have been through such a horrible tragedy and have endured the loss of an important member of their community. I am sorry that this happened. I am sorry for the loss you have suffered. I beseech God to bestow tranquilly onto him in this life as well as the next, and I pray that he may never lose his capacity to experience it.

As a result of the news, I am currently in a condition in which I am left in a state in which I am left in a state in which I am left in a state of tremendous grief. Because I had the good fortune to know him personally, I am able to attest to the fact that in addition to being a proud Carcaranon, he was a highly devoted public worker. This is something that I am able to say with certainty because of the good fortune that I had.
