Jane Moore-Perry Obituary, Death – Jane Anne Moore, who is now 67 years old, was born in Port Deposit, Maryland, on September 25, 1952. Her parents, Robert Jones and Addie Griffin Jones, have since passed away. At the University of Maryland Harford Memorial Hospital in Havre de Grace, Maryland, she breathed her last on May 1, 2020. Her passing occurred on that day. She attended both Port Deposit Colored School and Perryville High School, both of which are located in the city of Perryville in the state of Maryland.
When Jane was a teenager, she was a member of a band known as The Jackson Ensembles and played baseball and basketball. Jane began her career at the Bainbridge Naval Training Center and later worked at the Harford County Detention Center, where she resigned in 2008 after having served there for a total of 20 years. Jane enjoyed playing bingo, singing hymns, watching soap operas, taking care of her family, and having conversations with her sisters in her spare time.
She was also an active member of VFW Post 8185, which she attended often. She was asked to sing at a wide variety of occasions around the neighborhood, including parties, weddings, and many memorial services for departed loved ones. Jane was brought up in the church, and when she was a young woman, she attended Bethel A.M.E. Bishop Claude Waldon oversaw her education as she worked toward becoming an evangelist. After that, she became actively involved with the First Baptist Church in Port Deposit. She devoted her life to making other people happy and laughing. She was successful at making new acquaintances wherever she went. Her family was her most important priority.
