James Mears Obituary, Death – Despite the fact that the day has been nothing short of gorgeous, it is turning out to be a complete nightmare for inhabitants of the city of Franklin. This is in spite of the fact that the weather has been nothing short of spectacular. This has been the case in spite of the fact that the weather has been nothing less than ideal. This morning, Mr. James Mears, who had a long history of public service in Franklin, including stints as both a city councilor and mayor, passed away. Mr. Mears was widely regarded as one of the most patriotic residents of Franklin.
Earlier in his life, he had held positions of responsibility in each of those areas. During his lifetime, Mr. Mears held the positions of mayor of Franklin and councilor for the city in which Franklin is located. At the time of his passing, he was surrounded by members of his family as well as close friends who had played an enormously significant role in his life. They had all come to pay their respects to the deceased.
It has been requested by Mayor Brent Centers, on behalf of the members of the Franklin City Council, that the flags of the United States of America and the State of Ohio be flown at half-staff on all public buildings and grounds throughout the City of Franklin. This request has been granted. It has been decided to comply with this request. It has been determined that we will accommodate this request. It has been decided that we shall satisfy this request in any way that we can. They are going to maintain this posture during the entire funeral service, which is scheduled to get underway the day after tomorrow.
This is the location that will host the funeral services. Taking this relatively understated step is, despite the fact that it is not particularly difficult to do so, without a doubt the best course of action given the current state of events. This is despite the fact that it is not very difficult to do so. I’d like to take this time to express my gratitude to you, Mr. Mears, for all of the help that you’ve provided for me throughout this procedure. I cannot express how grateful I am for all that you have done for me.
