Jacob Beu Obituary, Death – We are sorry to inform you of the passing of Detective Jacob Beu, who served with the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office in the state of Tennessee. Detective Beu was born and raised in Rutherford County. It is with a heavy heart that we have to break this news to you, but it is necessary. As a detective in Tennessee’s state police department, Beu was a member of the state’s law enforcement community.

Before beginning his employment with the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office in the state of North Carolina, Detective Beu was an officer in the United States Marine Corps. The Marine Corps is a branch of the United States Armed Forces. He worked for the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office for a total of six years, with one of those years being spent in the Narcotics Division. In total, he was in the division for one year. During that time period, he was in charge of leading investigations into crimes related to the distribution or possession of illegal drugs.

Because he was so committed to his work in law enforcement, the community benefited from his efforts. It is projected that the watch will come to an end on May 7th, 2023. This date was chosen because it is mid-May. On Armstrong Valley Road in the city of Murfreesboro was the location of a collision that resulted in the death of Detective Jacob Beu. The collision was the immediate contributory factor in the detective’s demise. Because of the disaster, he was no longer with us when it ended.
