Gary Hall Obituary, Gary Hall Has Passed Away – Death Cause
Gary Hall Obituary, Death – Gary Lee Hall, age 53, of Akron, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, May 18, 2023 at his home with his family by his side after a brief but valiant struggle with lung cancer. He had been battling the disease for about a month. Gary Lynn Hall was the son of the late Lynn Hall and Ruth (Kuck) Hall. He was born in Saginaw on January 7, 1970.
After completing his high school education at Akron-Fairgrove, he moved on to work in the construction sector in a variety of capacities. When Gary was a senior in high school, he was introduced to the person who would later become Heather DuBois. Gary and Heather got back together in 2006 and haven’t been able to live their lives apart since then. After dating for more than sixteen years before to their wedding day on March 18, 2023, they finally tied the knot.
Gary was a member of the Dewitt Moose Lodge and worked as a heavy equipment operator for Dan’s Excavating. Gary was also a member of the Moose. He had the best sense of humour, and the most fascinating mind, and he enjoyed being around other people very much. Gary was the epitome of altruism and would provide a helping hand to anyone he could.
He took pleasure in “wrenching on old junk” and was capable of repairing anything. Gary may have had a tough exterior, but he had a heart of gold that will be lost beyond all comprehension. Gary is survived by his devoted wife, Heather; his siblings, David Hall, Tammie Trisch, Ann Decker, Mary Jackson, and Renae Hall; his nieces and nephews, Nicholas Cragg, Kara Trisch, Lynnette Crumby, Josh Decker, Michaela Decker,
Daniel Decker; Melanie Dodds, Jessica Dehring, Audrea Wiehl, and Scott Hall, Jr.; and a large number of friends. Gary will be deeply missed. Gary Hall was preceded in death by both of his parents, as well as by his older brother, Scott Hall. Those who are thinking about showing their condolences are urged to consider making a memorial donation to the family in the form of a cheque made out to “wishes of the family” and sent to Heather Hall at 205 West Sherman Street, Caro, Michigan 48723. Gary’s wishes dictated that he be cremated, and a celebration of his life will take place in June 2023.
