Erin Pipkin Obituary, Death – On the morning of May 15, 2018, personnel of the Missouri State Highway Patrol raced to New Madrid County, which was the location of a fatal accident, in order to lend a hand with the investigation and provide medical care to the victims. On the Interstate 55, approximately three miles south of Matthews, Missouri, a collision took place at approximately 6:05 o’clock in the evening.
