Doug has worked for Leach for the past 29 years (!!), and after he leaves his position there, the company will miss his remarkable attention to ensuring that the needs of his customers were addressed to a significant degree. Even though Doug Leach retired from the National Guard at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, his loved ones affectionately referred to him as “Admiral.” He served in the National Guard for 20 years. Twenty years of his life were spent in the National Guard. His time in the National Guard spanned the first twenty years of his life. His time in the National Guard spanned twenty years of his life when it was all said and done. Those years had been put to productive use. Rest In Peace Admiral.
