Daniel Nonnweiler Obituary, Death – Funeral services for Daniel Nonnweiler, who was 78 years old and lived in Albert Lea, will be place at the First Baptist Church of Clarks Grove on Saturday, April 9, 2016 at three o’clock in the afternoon. The ceremony will be presided over by Reverend Clayton Balsley. On Friday, April 8, visitation will take place from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Bayview/Freeborn Funeral Home. On Tuesday, April 5, 2016, Ron unexpectedly passed away in the city of Albert Lea. In Mason City, Iowa, on June 26, 1937, he was born parents Virtue and Eunice (Nonnweiler) Givler. He spent the majority of his childhood in Mason City, Iowa, however he did spend some time in Fairbury, Nebraska. He was a member of the graduating class of 1956 at Mason City High School. Mason City, Fairbury, Clarks Grove, and Albert Lea are among places that Ron has called home during his lifetime. After working for Holsum as a bread delivery driver and subsequently for West Chemical Company as a chemical salesperson, Ron eventually went on to establish his own business, which he referred to as R&G Industrial. Ron was a devoted supporter of both the Vikings and the Packers.
With his first wife, Sandra (Cory), Ron is the biological father of three children and the stepfather to one additional daughter. With his second wife, Janet (Havens), Ron is the biological father of two children and the stepfather to four additional children. Vickie (David) Wintz, Tammy Moore, Danny (Michelle) Eden, Pam Roberts (Dan Schmidt), Shawn (Rebecca) Givler, step-children Robin (Tom) Wilson, Diane (Bill) Deblon, Linda Anderson (Kathi Gebhardt), Connie (Jim) Hughes, and Kevin Anderson are among the people who carry on Ron’s legacy.
