Carlos Santos Obituary, Death – The sudden and unexpected news that Carlos Dos Santos (Beaver), who had worked as a Scouter for 1st Kengray in the 1980s, had passed away came as a big shock to us, and it caused us a great deal of distress throughout the course of the last weekend. During the period that he worked for the organization, everyone in the office referred to him as “Beaver.” During that time period, Beaver acted as the Scouter for the organization that they were a part of and was in charge of the activities that they participated in.
