College Rd. in reference to a reported death.” The female victim, who was 31 years old, was found by law enforcement personnel inside of a storage unit. It has been determined that the person in question is indeed Andrea Webb, who lives in Wilmington. The following phase in the investigation will consist of performing an autopsy on the deceased person in order to determine the precise reason for their passing. At this time, there is no evidence to suggest that any form of wrongdoing has taken place.
At the time that Webb’s friends and relatives called the New Hanover County Dispatch, it was claimed that they were in the midst of searching for her at the time. This information was revealed by a WPD representative, who was present at the meeting. She had not been classified as missing on a complaint that had been filed with the WPD at the time that she was discovered; nevertheless, this would have been the case if she had not been found on the same day that the complaint had been submitted.
