Alice Socha Obituary, Alice Socha Has Passed Away – Death Cause

Alice Socha Obituary, Death – Alice (Lasecki)Baranczyk Socha, who had a life that was adored for 90 years, passed away peacefully on May 19, 2023, after having lived her life to the fullest. On January 17, 1933, Leo and Anna (Holewinski) Lasecki became the proud parents of a daughter who was born in the Township of Angelica. This daughter would eventually become their daughter.

Alice is survived by her children, James (Barbara) Baranczyk of Abrams, Harry (Caroline) Baranczyk of Gillett, Sandra (Clint) Reimer of Green Bay, Debra DeStarkey of Hobart, Douglas Socha of Wrightstown, and Sophie Socha of Greenleaf. She also leaves behind nine grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, a brother, and a sister-in-law. She had eight brothers and three sisters; two sons-in-law, Daniel Trepanier and Russell Reimer Sr.; and a daughter-in-law, Becky Baranczyk.

Her parents passed away on July 9, 1939; her first husband, Harry Baranczyk, passed away on July 17, 1955; and her second husband, Edmund Socha, passed away on June 23, 1995. She was the only member of her immediate family that had made it this far. Due to respect for Alice’s desires, there will be no funeral service held in front of the general public. In the privacy of the Marnocha Funeral Home in Pulaski, relatives of the deceased person’s close family will get together to celebrate their loved one’s life. In Pulaski, in the Assumption BVM Cemetery, the interment will take place. The family would like to extend their most sincere thanks to Dr. Schinschke, the staffs at Forest Glen Assisted Living and Good Shepherd Nursing Home, the team at Unity Hospice, and the volunteers at Seymour Fire and Rescue for the compassionate care they provided.
